Poor Mr. Squiggles. He can't even die correctly.
I don't know if you caught it, but Mr. Squiggles is excited to go to heaven so that he can be with the sun, who's a necrophiliac (creepy much?). Then he's denied even that much joy, and is sent back to earth. Hence the NOT.
